eOffice DSC Signer Installation Error[Windows]

There is a problem with this Windows Installer package.A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected.Contact your support of package vendor .

'Open notepad as administrator File-->open

C Drive --->Windows --->System32 --->Drivers --->etc --->Hosts

Right Click on hosts file

Select Properies

Untick Read-Only

Then Click on Apply

Reinstall DSC Signer Service
